1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Christian Family Recovery ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Membership & Subscriptions

Individual Membership ($15/month): For personal or family use only. Not for commercial distribution.

Church/Group License ($49.95/month): Allows sharing within a single church or ministry group. Includes print rights for your community only.

All subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

3. Content Protection & Prohibited Uses

All content is protected by copyright and provided for VIEW-ONLY access.

❌ YOU MAY NOT:

  • Download, copy, screenshot, or screen-record any content
  • Share, distribute, or forward resources to non-members
  • Email or photocopy PDFs to others (even within your church without a Group License)
  • Post content on social media, websites, or file-sharing platforms
  • Sell, resell, or use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove or obscure watermarks or attribution
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access content

✅ YOU MAY:

  • Individual Members: View content for personal/family recovery use only
  • Church License Holders: Print and share resources within your registered church/group
  • Take personal handwritten notes for your own use
  • Recommend Christian Family Recovery to others (they must purchase their own membership)

4. Watermarking & Tracking

All viewed content is watermarked with your membership email address. We track which resources you access and when. This protects our content and helps us identify unauthorized sharing. If we detect violations, we will investigate and may terminate your membership without refund.

5. Consequences of Violations

If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate your membership access
  • Ban your email address and payment method from future signups
  • Pursue legal action for copyright infringement
  • Seek damages for lost revenue

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Christian Family Recovery provides educational and spiritual resources. We are NOT:

  • Licensed counselors, therapists, or medical professionals
  • A replacement for clinical addiction treatment
  • An emergency crisis intervention service

7. Limitation of Liability

Christian Family Recovery and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or content.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email.
